Laser Thermal Microinjector
- Injection of DNA, RNA, proteins, antibodies, etc. into yeast and plant cells using a glass capillary with a tip diameter ranging from 0.1 to 0.5 μmφ, utilizing the thermal expansion of the laser absorbent.
- Capillary tip diameter of 0.1μmφ enables injection, resulting in very little cell damage.
- Continuous injection is possible.
