The cryovial and cell bags are freezed almost accordingly to the freezing block. A couple of cell culture bags were stacked, and the freezing results of both bags on top and bottom were almost the same.

The cells are diluted according to the protocol of a cell freezing media and filled into the cryovials and cell culture bags. The cells are then freezed by the PF-NP-200 at -1℃/min.
With cryovial, an excellent viability result was achieved among all the cell types.
The viability results of the both cell cluture bags were as good as the results with cryovials.
